Sometimes I get some great shots that are just too personal to share with the broader web. So I go for the more abstract close-ups.
I love how I gave this a completely different look than the scene. I'm shooting into a corner (so it gets darker in the center) and the (bare) flash is pointed upward for strong contrast.
Strobist info: 1 Sunpak 4000AF, wide zoom, 1/16th power, on cactus trigger, shooting up from floor in front of camera.
Believe I used the Sigma 20mm on this shot.
