We needed a splash of color around here:

This is a side door on the Cheong Fatt Tze mansion in Georgetown, Penang. Besides being my favorite color, it is a studied example of excellent Feng Shui. I have to say, the open courtyards were very inviting and had the tour guide not been shuffling us through the building, I would have camped out and enjoyed the place.

Highly recommend touring this if you are in Penang. The tour guides are informative, entertaining, and keep the group moving efficiently.
