We tend to avoid eating out on Valentines Day. The rush, limited menu, jacked-up prices, etc., are everything we try to avoid when going out.

Joined my parents for dinner tonight. And while the guys tried to do it ourselves, timing everything to finish at the same time conspired to have us beg for help from the women-folk.

So thanks to my wife for being a hand model and for helping with a dinner that we were supposed to be making for you. And really: thanks for so much more than just posing for this photo and supporting the 1/2 hour or more per day it's taken me to pursue this artistic journey. It's been an amazing year in so many ways. I love you!
